Interschool Sport

Year 5 and 6 students participate in Interschool Sport, a program in which students compete against other schools in a range of team sports. The purpose of Interschool Sport is to give students the opportunity to learn and practise their chosen sport in a competitive environment, in preparation for the Lightning Premiership competitions.

Students can choose from a range of sports in our Summer Sport and Winter Sport terms:

Towards the end of each term, students participate in the Lightning Premiership competition, which is a full day of competing against the schools within our district. If one of our schools’ teams is victorious, they will be selected to represent our district in the next round (Division), and can even progress further towards the State Championships.
